Patrick Franchet works at Arcelor Mittal, the world's leading steel group. He runs a shared training services department which, since 2000, has been tasked with designing group-wide e-learning solutions specific to core business areas within the steel sector.

Valérie Maurer-Marchal
Valérie Maurer-Marchal has been a business manager and consultant at Reval Consulting SA for eleven years now.
Reval Consulting SA provides consultancy services in further vocational training and IT, and for over six years now has been developing e-learning solutions for its customers and partners, to be used as a tool that supplements and enhances conventional training methods.

Séverine Perbal
Séverine Perbal runs the overall training activities led by the Technology Watch Centre department at the Henri Tudor Public Research Centre. Created in 1987, the Henri Tudor Public Research Centre's keystone mission is to foster technological innovation in both the public and private domains. Séverine Perbal was involved in converting one of her classroom-based courses to an e-learning format.
